Since the first day we opened, as The GALLIARD family, we have been proud to be able to introduce the Turkish hospitality to the world from a different perspective by blending our national unique recipes with the cultures of other countries with Mediterranean influences and creating The GALLIARD signed Modernised Turkish Fusion works. We strive to honour the gratitude we feel for being able to produce in our geography, which offers various goods during all four seasons, by creating positively surprising flavour pairings in our recipes with a sensitive planning for the sustainability of our world.
Although our attention to detail-orientedness and perfectionism are sometimes difficult to understand, during our race with ourselves for ten years, we cannot stop thinking that success is hidden in details and hard work. For this reason, we are very honoured that The Michelin Guide has deemed us worthy of the list of recommended venues with our chain concept The GALLIARD Brasserie on the tenth anniversary of our brand and the centenary of our Republic. At the same time, being able to see a sign that no sacrifice will be in vain has touched us as The GALLIARD family, made us happy and encouraged us to strive for the better.
We would like to thank all our friends who have carried The GALLIARD to where it is today, our colleagues who have been a part of our family at some point from past to present, our suppliers and of course our precious guests, who make us feel the work we present valuable.
The GALLIARD ailesi olarak açıldığımız ilk günden beri, yurdumuzun eşsiz tariflerini, Akdeniz esintileri taşıyan diğer ülkelere ait olan kültürler ile harmanlayıp kendimize özgü Modernize Türk Füzyon çalışmalar yaratarak, Türk misafirperverliğini dünyaya farklı bir açıdan tanıtabilmenin gururunu yaşıyoruz. Dört mevsiminde birbirinden farklı ürünleri sofralarımıza sunabilen coğrafyamızda üretebilmeye duyduğumuz şükranı, dünyamızın sürdürülebilirliği için duyarlı bir planlama ile tariflerimizde pozitif yönde şaşırtan lezzet eşleşmeleri yaratarak onurlandırmaya çabalıyoruz.
On yıldır kendimiz ile olan yarışımızda detaycılığımız ve mükemmeliyetçiliğimizin zaman zaman anlaşılması zor olsa da, biz başarının detaylarda ve çok çalışmakta gizli olduğunu düşünmekten vazgeçemiyoruz. Bu sebeple The Michelin Guide’ın bizleri markamızın onuncu, Cumhuriyetimizin yüzüncü yılında, zincir konseptimiz The GALLIARD Brasserie ile tavsiye ettiği mekanlar listesine layık görmüş olmasından çok onore olduk. About us
"The GALLIARD" is a Contemporary Turkish Fusion Restaurant and Lounge with a Mediterranean twist, which has started business on 23 December 2013, on Nispetiye Avenue in Etiler, Istanbul. All rights of the brand are reserved by our family company "Duman Özel Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Turizm Tesisleri Ltd. Şti."
"The GALLIARD" is a Turkish brand named after the dance “Galliard” that got popular commonly in France, Spain and Italy during Renaissance period. Our brand has influences of these three Mediterranean countries’ food and drink cultures. In "The GALLIARD", we mainly serve our signature Contemporary Turkish Fusion dishes with twists from traditional recipes of French, Spanish, and Italian cuisines. Besides to serving delicious treats, we place art and music in the center of our essentials as it had been done in Renaissance period. As soon as guests step in "The GALLIARD", they are enchanted by the architecture focused on light colored massive woods, Mediterranean marbles, and Venetian terrazzo. The art pieces collected or designed specifically for each of our venues also make the guests sense our vision and creativity. In terms of music played, five days a week from Tuesday to Saturday either our house DJs or famous guest DJs playing jazz, soul, and deep house tracks to enhance our guests dining experience with quality music.
When guests visit "The GALLIARD", they can be sure that they will enjoy our delicious meals with great quality. But of course, between all these delicious treats there are some items we specifically recommend for our guests to try. We highly encourage our guests to try the following items; “tantuni”, “çiğ köfte”, bone marrow, Champs-Élysées (60 cm beef sausage), “çiğ börek”, “kısır”, octopus "Gavurdağı", bladed lamb “kıtlama”, lamb ribs, truffles “piruhi”, John Dory sauté, salt crusted wild seabass, seafood “pilav”. In "The GALLIARD" all pastas, pizzas, and breads are handmade. Besides, all our desserts are very famous both by their presentations and their tastes, we encourage our guests to give a try to our desserts before leaving "The GALLIARD".
"The GALLIARD" ‘s breakfasts and brunches are also another flavor feasts. We believe our guests should make a fabulous start to their day. To make sure they do we prepare the best Turkish breakfast with geographically marked products and handmade baked goods. Our contemporary Turkish brunch (Fridays) and traditional Turkish late breakfast (Saturdays) will be the new way for our guests to jump start their weekends in Dubai.
