Facial cooling treatment for sunburnt skin.
Client presented with extremely sunburnt forehead. The area had already started peeling and was unsightly, tight and uncomfortable.
Sunburn is contraindicated for facial treatments, however I have a commitment to provide care for my clients.
What did I do?
I provided my client with a cooling gel mask treatment, utilising cold stones, cold compresses and hyaluronic serum.
Of course he left with an ample serving of spf on his face.
The result ….the appearance of his sunburn is less apparent and the area is now moist and more supple.
The sun’s UVA & UVB rays are extremely harmful to your skin.
Using a suitable product with spf is extremely important.
