So picture yourself painting, (no experience needed), having wine and other beverages, eating, laughing, and interacting with your friends you are bringing plus the new women you will meet on the day.

Our Artist on the day is no other than Mr. Ruthven Walkins. He brings years of experience and knows how to engage his fellow artists while imparting knowledge and techniques making it fun in the process.

HOLISTICALLY YOU: SHADES OF WELLNESS.

This is a one day health and wellness event designed to encourage, enlighten, empower, and equip persons, especially women to be intentional about healthy living, fitness, nutrition, ageing and it's effects on the mind, body, soul, mental and physical health, and most importantly the compassion for SELF.

During the course of the day (10 A.M to 3.30 P.M.) you will have the experience of listening to, interacting with, and learning from a minimum of four qualified persons in their respected fields. There will be handouts, and free diagnostic testing. Advance warning: be prepared to become a guest speaker and willing participant yourself. As stated it is going to be very interactive.
