🍳 We're on the hunt for experienced Chef de Partie & Chef de Tournant who thrive in fast-paced environments.

- A chef de partie, station chef, or line cook is a chef in charge of a particular area of production.

- Chef de Tournan, duties may include sautéing, frying, dicing, blending and boiling food. They may also sanitize equipment, record inventory and communicate with other members of the kitchen staff. Because of the wide range of their tasks, it's essential that a chef tournant is well-acquainted with all aspects of the culinary process.

Requirements include:
- Proven experience as a line cook
- Ability to work early mornings or late nights
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
