It is indeed a pleasure to share in this much auspicious occasion as we celebrate light over darkness, good over evil and everything positive over everything negative.
So to it should be a reflection of our own lives, we too should focus on triumphing over that which is negative by doing the things we know would be right in the eyes of Bhagawan . So my fellow residents as we pray to Maha Lakshmi and light the first deeya to symbolize light over darkness this Divali, let us remember her and this auspicious time always when we are at home, with our families and in our communities all year around.
I want to wish each and every one of you and your families a Shubh Divali from my home to yours.

Good night all. It is with a heave heart I come to you bearing sad, sad news. I’ve just learnt of the passing of my brother, my friend, a father figure to me and I’m sure many others. A NATIONAL HUMMING BIRD MEDAL RECIPIENT, Mr. Wayne Henry aka Elephant/ Kong, was truly a genuine individual who fought hard to make the future of the young ones brighter especially in La Brea and by extension Otaheite/ Rousillac. Wayne was a true soldier of the UNC because as he always says “ UNC is d only one that cares about we on d ground”. He joined my campaign from day one and never turned back. It was truly a pleasure and blessing to be around you my brother. You will be missed a whole lot by me and many, many others. Until we meet again my friend.
