Our client wanted to make their windows match the modern theme of the rest of the renovation but replacing traditional steel frames with modern UPVC frames were very costly and out of their budget.
We were able to use the existing frames, and simply change out the moldings, which allowed the client to achieve the look they wanted without going over their project's budget.

Happening now: Grano flooring installation
In these pics you can see bays stripped off and ready for installation of sharp sand and cement base.
Chips mixed with cement are then placed in an 1-1/2" thick layer on top of base then rolled, sprayed with a retarding agent and left to set for approx 10hrs.
After curing, grano is washed, cleaned with acid and sealed.
Poor construction can cause major structural damage to your home, while everyday entropy is expected, unless we've experienced a natural disaster, the last thing a homeowner wants is to see cracks in their brand new wall.
At Richard Walker and Company we don't take any short cuts. While we do our best to ensure costs are kept at minimum, we always ensure our engineers sign off on design and our materials are to spec.

Good formwork reduces the amount of time it takes to construct a project by minimising floor to floor construction cycle time. Due to the huge costs involved in construction, using good formwork is critical in reducing costs, meeting budget requirements and most importantly, ensuring worker safety.
The quality of the surface finishing of the concrete structure is solely attributed to the quality of the formwork used during construction.

The superstructure of a building is where people will spend most of their time. This area includes the first and second floors inside a home and any number of floors in larger buildings. The superstructure includes beams, columns, finishes, windows, doors, the roof, floors, and anything else.
