Five Islands Water & Amusement Park I just want to say that y’all have some of the most honest young workers!
My Daughter and I visit the water park today and there was a misunderstanding in purchasing our ticket. However a young lady who were screening and placing the bands on our hands realize something was wrong. She realize that we had bands for an additional persons. She asked to see the receipt and realize the error. She quickly approach the cashier and sorted out the issue and even return the funds to us and explained what was the issue.
I did not get a name but we check in around 12pm to 12:15pm. I truly hope that y’all can share this with her because commendations, even “small” in nature goes a very long way in creating a positive environment. Truly y’all have some excellent workers with good morals and that’s very admirable.
Certainly we will visit again very soon
