Hope all is well, I am writing with an update on The Bridal Couture- we were once your custom wedding gown provider. However, from the Covid-19 era we paused our gowns services. We dived right into our Fresh Floral services and that area of expertise is blooming. I wish to still carry on the flagship of the Bridal Couture since this the brand that made me who I am today.

I am relauching my Bridal Jewellery, Trinkets and Stationary line..sorry no gowns at this time..

Wedding Horror Story from # # # Tent Rentals, a family owned business in Longdenville..

1) Early March I would have contacted for company for all items- Wedding Decor for my mandap, props and infrastructure ( tents, tables, chairs) I chose this company based on their photos on social media, being in the middle of both locations where the items required The Temple and My Home.
2) Finalized and Paid in full 29th March 2023 in cash since they don't have online banking and other options.
3) May 15th I reached out to finalized the dates and time for setting up. It was determined:
Sunday 28th May 7am to 9am for My Home
Monday 29th May Mid Day period for the Temple
4) I made some additions 18th May
5) Where it went down- Sunday 28th May 9:14am no sign of items for my home and my Mehndi party was due to start 12noon. I sent a what's app on the status of my delivery and the response " hopefully after lunch". How , When and Why this was changed and I wasn't informed? The delivery was made 3:30pm and I was in the middle of getting my Mehindi done..
Some items were missing and was assured it will be delivered the next day.
6) Monday 29th I inspected the items and the tent was dirty, filled with holes and the cocktail tables were in poor condition. I highlighted this but it wasn't addressed. The colour of the items were not what was ordered, they stated then original wasn't available- again with no communication.
7) Just around lunchtime I was contacted about the drapes for my mandap, they will supply the drapes but I have to drape myself- an item I paid for in my discussions and invoiced. This is what made this situation escalate...
8) I stated I paid for X and I expect to get X since so many issues with the other items. They stated they will sort it out..
9) I will later get a call from " The Boss" who was graciously holidaying in St Lucía to didn't call to find a solution but to give me an ultimátum- Either take what you get or we pack up everything and issue a refund...
10) My husband got involved here and spoke to their son who assured everything will be done as per agreement..
11) 4pm the day before my wedding a truck pulls up with every single item I booked for the temple in front my house and they came to pick up all items from my house but with no refund. I prevented this at this time and some guidance.
12) I got a new service provider and eventually had # # # rental company pick up all of their items - without a refund

No bride or groom who ensured they did their due diligence prior to their wedding should be held to ransom by someone who just have no character or heart. By doing this you didn't only ruined my wedding preparations but my entire decor theme and everything that was purchased to pair with the initial colours could not be utilized. You caused us no sleep the night before our wedding. The reason why we choose you, you had everything under one roof...to make our lives easier but instead you made it a nightmare.

Refund was issued 5th June 2023, no amount of money can compensate for the chaos and stress caused...

Take my silly advice focus on those Namdevco contacts, don't contract services you are not prepared to deliver as discussed. You ruined my entire wedding decor and my experience.
I hope you are proud about this...I will continue to share my story to ensure no other bride and groom endure such injustice a mere hours before their vows.

Hello Folks,

I don't normally use my social media for this but this has hit home. My other half was involved in a hit and run Saturday night and we are just trying to find the individual. I wish he did the right thing and stopped but instead he chose to speed off...

Updated : We found the person. The proper process is being done- Police report, insurance etc...however it would have been nice if Mr. RASHEED KHAN did the right thing and stopped. Or even so...find yourself to the nearest police station.
