More than 2500 customers were affected by vandalism of our fibre infrastructure on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th January. Our amazing technicians responded immediately and have already restored service to all affected. 👏💪

We regret to inform you that our services in parts of Central Trinidad are currently experiencing a disruption due to 3 major, malicious fiber cuts.
Our technical teams are on site actively working to restore services as quickly as possible. We take this incident very seriously and are collaborating with law enforcement to investigate the malicious nature of the fiber cuts and to find those responsible.
