Happy World Interact Week 🌍✨

This week we celebrate our young professionals, ‘The Interactors’.

This year’s theme “Inspire to Rise” will highlight all the empowering work our young professionals do within their communities. From leadership development workshops to service projects, etc.

Recap ‼️💃🏾

To commence our Literacy Month proceedings, and also aligning with Rotary International areas of focus, The Rotaract Club of Tobago partnered with The Kiwanis Club of Scarborough to facilitate storybook readings with the primary schools of Tobago. 📖✨

We also did the launching of our ‘Rota-ReadHouse’, our little library in the primary school of Lambeau Anglican, where children would get access to a unlimited number of story books to read before, during and after school hours once on the compound.

A big thank you to our sponsors as well for making this project a success ✨

Mental Health at Work✨💚

Addressing the mental health issues of employees is imperative for organisations as it can lead to decreased performance of the individuals, absence from work, and increased staff turnover.

Together let’s break the stigma and create an environment where we can make a difference in the community.
