Hi, I'm Lilian, a dance enthusiast with a cross-cultural background. Born in Taiwan and raised in Canada, I've been fortunate to soak in the diverse flavors of dance from both worlds. Now based in Taipei, I am excited to fuse my international dance experiences and share them with my roots. My passion lies in the art of heels dancing and overall well-being, and I am motivated to weave these elements together to introduce a fresh and captivating dance experience to Taiwan.

I believe that dance is not just a form of expression but a holistic journey towards wellness. H୨୧L, a unique concept that combines 'heel x heal.' I want to utilize heels dancing not only as a means to teach proper postures and choreography but also to delve deeper into building confidence and empowerment. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, the diverse range of classes caters to everyone.
