After the tense and exciting process of ballot counting for both parties, the 1st-year President and Vice President of the EECS-GS Student Association have been elected!

Congratulations to the Kenji and Ball!

The event yesterday was a success in making the EECS-GS students practice their privilege in voting for the lead to the student association. Both parties possessed their strengths and ideals that made voters fall into distress. Students also took opportunities to raise questions, make suggestions, and discuss possible solutions.

Thank you to Rowan for bringing up important topics that can be addressed in the future!

EECS Spring S-T Meeting 2023 focused on the implementation course. The goal was to guide the sophomores to plan ahead and be ready for the near future, and juniors could exchange ideas and take away more advice from different professors. A senior also shared his fresh experience with us!

Besides the tips for project management, remember, "Time is one of the most precious gifts a professor can share with you." You learn not only the knowledge but also the perspectives to complete works.

Thank you to all the passionate participants. We saw all the anxious minds who were eager to learn. We hope you all had taken away more or less in the meeting, and we hope all our students will succeed in your implementation journey!

Many thanks to the Head of the EECS-GS, Prof. Yi-Wen Liu (EE), along with the EECS mentor advisors, including Prof. Yi-shin Chen (CS, also Chair of IBP), Prof. Wing-Kai Hon (CS, also Chair of EECS Program ), Prof. Shanghua Yang (EE, favorite mentor advisor), Prof. Chuan-Kang Ting (PME, the supportive mentor advisor) and Prof. Wei-Chung Wang (PME, the respectful senior mentor advisor). All advice is more than valuable.

The 2023 winners of the Annual EECS Implementation Competition were announced yesterday. The posters will be on display for another week till February 24 at the lobby of Delta Hall.
