Oryx Energies Moshi in cooperation with WEECE Organisation was able to distribute 10 cooking gas tanks to 10 members of the Microfinance group in Kyomu (Lower Land of Kilimanjaro) which is under the umbrella of the Organization.

Through the manager of Oryx Gas Moshi Mr. Ali Mdimu, members received training on the best use of cooking gas tanks as well as how to control risks that may occur while cooking with them.

With these cooking gas tanks, especially in the remote village of Kyomu, we believe it is adding impact on environmental preservation by minimizing the use of charcoals or firewood.

This transaction will proceed to other Microfinance groups under the WEECE umbrella. We appreciate the contribution of Oryx Energies to the community.
