Our Episode #3 is dedicated to Yana Zhadan, a founder of several gastronomic projects that aim to discover and develop local Ukrainian cuisine and show food a powerful medium that conveys a lot of feelings without any words. Yana is a co-founder of Habibti pop-up project, where she and her partner Timur cook delicious food on the grill. She also owns small gastronomic bookstore Book Pie and the community Foodies. And for the last two years Yana has been working on a book about local farmers for Ukraïner. So go and check out Yana’s next cool food event.

Her beautifully made, hand painted matchboxes, vases, candleholders and flower pendants are examples of how the exceptional sculpture combines both imaginative and utilitarian approach.
