Delicious kutabs with cheese and herbs

Ingredients
-Sour cream 15% — 450 gr.
-Flour — 300 gr.
-Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp. l -Salt — 0.5 tsp -Suluguni — 350 gr.
-Dill, green onion, parsley

Preparation:
Sour cream is combined with butter and salt. Mix it up. Add the sifted flour in small parts . Knead the soft plastic dough, cover with cling film for 25-30 minutes.
We prepare the filling: three on a large grater suluguni, add chopped greens. Mix it up.
We divide the dough into parts, depending on the size of the desired pies. We roll out each part thinly on the table, spread the filling on the edge.
Cover the filling with dough and pinch the edge with a fork.

Cheesecakes in the oven

Cheesecakes turn out to be low-fat, since they are not fried in oil. The cooking time of such cheesecakes is minimized. In taste and appearance they resemble small cheese buns.

Ingredients:

— cottage cheese — 0.5 kg
— eggs — 2 pcs.
— semolina (semolina) — 2 tbsp. l — raisins — 100-200 g
— salt, sugar — to taste
— soda (slaked) — 0.5 tsp — vanilla
— flour

Preparation:

1. Mash the cottage cheese well or pass it through a meat grinder. Add eggs, semolina, salt, sugar and vanilla. Mix well and let stand for 30 minutes. Then add the slaked soda, raisins and flour. You need so much flour that the dough does not stick to your hands. Knead the dough well.
2. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Form cheese cakes from the dough and put them on a baking sheet.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until browning.
Serve with sour cream!

"Fast and juicy chicken cutlets"

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of minced chicken
- 3 eggs
- 3-4 heads of onions
- dill and parsley
- salt and ground black pepper.

Preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion and fry until tender.
2. Add fried onions, eggs, dill, parsley, salt and pepper to taste to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
3. Fry in vegetable oil like pancakes until golden brown.

"Milkshake with apple"

Ingredients:
- 300 ml of milk
- 2 - 3 green apples
- 1 cocktail cherry

Preparation:
1. Cut the apples into slices and put them in a blender, then pour them with milk and whisk thoroughly at the fastest speed for 5-8 minutes.
2. Now the cocktail is ready, you just have to cool it and decorate it with a cocktail cherry!

Ingredients:

- 1 pink salmon
- lemon
- salt

Preparation:

Clean the fish, wash, remove the gills. Process all the salt lightly. Stuff the abdomen with lemon slices. Stab the abdomen with toothpicks. Put the fish in the sleeve and fasten it tightly, make punctures in several places for steam to escape. Place the fish in a cold oven on the grill, turn on 180g., bake for 40 minutes.
