In order for the breasts to be tight and beautiful, it is necessary to strengthen the muscles and skin, starting from the neck. Special gymnastics will help to strengthen muscles, and here skin needs special cosmetic masks. Mix 200 g of cottage cheese with 1 tbsp. l. olive oil and 1 egg. Apply the resulting mass in a thick layer on the chest for 20 minutes, then rinse.

If your hair is dull and you need to return it to its former luster, take 1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. l. olive oil and 6 liters of beer. Beat it all well. Wash your hair with the resulting mixture.

❇️ Кокосовая стружка – 200 г
❇️ Пшеничная мука – 300 г
❇️ Маргарин – 200 г
❇️ Сахар – 200 г
❇️ Бананы – 2 штуки
❇️ Гашеная сода – 0.5 чайные ложки

1 Маргарин немного растопить. Растереть с сахаром и бананами. Добавить пару ложек воды. Вмешать кокосовую стружку.
2 Соду погасить лимонным соком, добавить в тесто. Теперь добавить муку. Все перемешать и замесить негустое тесто.
3 Смазать противень маслом или застелить бумагой для выпечки. Выложить тесто шариками.
4 Поставить в разогретую духовку и выпекать при 180 градусах до готовности (в зависимости от духовки от 20 до 40 минут).
