Lubwama says that Kyagulanyi wants to become the top highest Muganda something that will undermine the Kabaka's status in the Kingdom.

The information I have is that this child was called . He is from Salaamu in Kampala but their burial home is in Masaka. 21 years and without a child.
The officer who shot him is called from Teso region stationed at Mpererwe police post.
All this information has been received spiritually so I do not take the responsibility for it.
But I have been assigned to judge the living and the dead and this is my judgement on this occasion.
1. I have already met at the gates of heaven and he has been pardoned of all his burdens on earth because his massacre is more than enough punishment for anything he could have done. The angels have taken him to heaven specifically Mohammed and Musa.
2. With a heavy heart; I have to declare that the soul of the officer called is recalled immediately. The Lord God Almighty; Father of Fathers May reject my judgement and I do encourage anyone who know this officer to alert him to pray for God’s mercy particularly if he in turn was only ordered to shoot.
3. I have not proclaimed judgement on the officers commander and the Commander in Chief of the country because the information I have is that the officers simply started to shoot without specific orders from their commanders.
It takes 7-9 days before any physical manifestations for my judgement. If you feel I have judged you wrongly it harshly kindly petition your judgement before the Lord God Almighty who is the final judge.
Father Lord; Father of Fathers; Mother of Mother’s; God of Gods: I have sent you your son Kizito without any condemnation because of the brutal death he suffered. I have also recalled the spirit of the soldier who killed him called from the Mpererwe police post according to the information I received from spirit. I pray that this information is confirmed by heaven and acts upon immediately. I have allowed seven days to petition you if he either did not do the shooting or otherwise feels he should not face judgement.
