However we have not been seated. We came up with an intermittent fasting challenge 18:6 for people who just wish to lose weight and and 16:8 for breastfeeding mothers. Coming up are the rules of the challenge. Like this post for us to know how many people are on to this challenge.

Hello lovelies! Do you often feel sleepy and lazy during afternoons? Yes i got you a solution today. But before you solve a problem, you need to know the cause first . That sleepy-lazy feeling is caused by blood sugar levels rising and falling. The reason they do that is the kind of food you have for breakfast! Yes you heard me right. If you eat food that contains alot of carbs such as dough nuts, buns, bread to mention but a few or anything made from wheat your afternoons will surely be difficult. Having alot of sugar(table sugar) too will give you a super lazy afternoon. WHY?? Because your body will use up all the sugar(glucose) from your sugarly or high carb breakfast and it will demand for more. Thats is the reason you will get a strong IRRESISTABLE urge that pushes you to eat more sugarly stuff or carbs and u end up feeling like blacking out in the afternoon.
SOLUTION
There are two options
One is to have a low carb and high protein breakfast.
The second one is skipping breakfast and you have your first meal at noon as lunch and breakfast in one ( this works for me )
Skipping breakfast however isn't for everyone. If you are pregnant or having any health issues please consult your doctor first.

When am I most fertile?
The most fertile time in your cycle are the days leading up to ovulation, before the egg is released from the o***y. After ovulation the egg survives for just 24 hours, while s***m retain fertilising capability for two to three days in the fallopian tubes. For this reason, we recommend that couples have s*xual in*******se every two days throughout the females Fertile Window. This means that s***m are ready and waiting for the egg when the female ovulates. If you wait until after the female has ovulated before you have s*x, you will most likely have missed the opportunity for conception that month.
When does conception take place?
Conception starts at the moment of fertilisation, when the s***m penetrates the outer shell of the egg, and an embryo is formed. Over the next four to six days the embryo moves down the fallopian tube to the uterus, where it implants in the uterus lining and hopefully continues to grow. To check if you are pregnant, you should wait two weeks after ovulation before undertaking a pregnancy test.
Calculate Your Fertile Window
To calculate your Fertile Window, you need to determine what day you ovulate.To do this, you need to know the length of your menstrual cycle (which tends to vary from 23 to 35 days). To calculate this – you should note how many days have passed from the first day of bleeding in your last period, to the first day of bleeding in your next.From this figure, subtract 14 days from the end of your current cycle to determine the day you ovulate.If you have irregular menstrual cycles, or your cycle length varies from month to month, it will be difficult to calculate your ovulation date. Ovulation urine tests may be useful, and you should consider seeking further advice from your Fertility Specialist.
POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME(PCOS)
Polycystic o***y syndrome is a condition that affects how the ovaries work.
Symptoms of polycystic o***y syndrome include irregular periods, facial hair and difficulty getting pregnant.
The main treatment for polycystic o***y syndrome is medicines for things like hair growth and irregular periods. Keeping a healthy weight also helps.
It's not clear what causes polycystic o***y syndrome, but it's thought to be linked to hormone problems.

The reason i decided to share about PCOS is that it comes along with two problems. One is being unable to conceive and the second one is excessive weight gain.
There is no specific treatm3nt but losing weight and eating a healthy diet can help to correct the hormonal imbalance and then one can conceive.
Eating healthy should not only be for people who want to get rid of a few kilos but also for people who want to stay alive and well.

As earlier promised, am here to explain how cutting down carbohydrates can lead to weight loss and help people with diabetes type 1.
First of all i will give you an example of foods that are high in carbs they include

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY WHEN YOU EAT CARBS?
More often we have heard people refer to carbohydrates as energy giving foods, yeah that is true. We need energy to carry out daily activities that is why after some hard work you feel hungry. Because your body has used up its glucose.
This brings us back to our question of what happens to the body after a high carb meal? When carbohydrates reach your stomach, the body converts them into glucose (sugar) for energy(fuel). That is wjy athletes are given glucose, to power up their energy. If the glucose is too much (when you eat lots of carbs) the body stores extra glucose as fat. That is how body fat accumulates. After picking what the body needs for fuel it stores the rest under your skin for back up purposes.
When the body uses up the glucose it had got from the carbs before storing the reserve, it gives you cravings for sugar. You gett excessive irresistable hunger because you have gotten your body used to surviving on carbs for energy . if you eat more carbs, it turns them into glucose 4 fuel and stores the excess as fat. Meaning the excess that was stored as fat before has not been given a chance to be used because you keep giving your body glucose whenever if wants it.
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY WHEN YOU STOP EATING CARBS?
If you stop eating carbs and sugar, your body will run out of glucose. It will therefore be forced to put to use the fat it had stored. It burns it to create ketones that fuel the body for energy. It means that you are using fat for fuel instead of glucose. Thats is how all your fat will melt away. Is it healthy? We shall discuss that.

CORTISOL HORMONE
When a person is stressed, the adrenal glands release the steroid hormone cortisol.
Cortisol is the body’s primary stress hormone, and it plays a role in many bodily functions, including controlling blood sugar levels. The level of cortisol in the blood is usually higher in the morning and gradually decreases throughout the day.
Cortisol also plays a role in:
regulating the body’s sleep-wake cycles

HORMONAL IMBALANCE IN WOMEN
INSULIN HORMONE
Insulin is the hormone responsible for maintaining normal blood sugar (glucose) levels in the body. The foods we eat break down into glucose, and insulin’s job is to transport that glucose into the cells that turn it into fuel for energy. Insulin resistance arises when the body is flooded with more sugar than it can handle, and attempts to deliver that glucose to the cells are met with resistance. The syndrome goes hand-in-hand with rising rates of obesity and diabetes. What, you might ask, has this to do with breast cancer? The answer boils down to simple physiology. Excess carbohydrates (especially in refined foods and sugars) that are not needed for energy are stored as fat. Increased body fat increases estrogen levels and increased estrogen levels lead to estrogen dominance, which, as we already know, leads to increased risks for breast cancer.
Insulin resistance is linked with many health problems, Type II diabetes, being the most commonly known, but it also leads to an increased risk of breast cancer. Insulin is a growth factor and as we eat more and more carbohydrates and sweets, it rises.
