Bu, Busoga bölgesindeki Jinja şehrinin Budondo alt ilçesi Ibungu West'ti, bu sondaj kuyusunu kötü durumda bulduk, bu sayede vatandaşlar umudunu kaybetti ve onu terk etti. Burası bir okul kompleksiydi ancak COVID-19 salgını nedeniyle okul kapatıldı. Böylece yakındaki vatandaşlar, bileşiği çiftçilik için kullanmaya karar verdi. Yeni bir boru koyarak iyice tamir edip temizledik. Köylülerin hiçbiri bu hizmet için bir kuruş ödemedi ama Türkiye'den bağışçılarımız sponsor oldu. This was Ibungu West, Budondo sub-district of Jinja city in Busoga district, we found this borehole in bad condition, so the citizens lost hope and abandoned it. This was a school complex, but the school was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So the nearby citizens decided to use the compound for farming. They told us that this water well has not worked for 2 years. So our team checked the borehole and found a leak in one of the pipes that never let the water out. We repaired and cleaned it thoroughly by putting a new pipe. None of the villagers paid a penny for this service, but our donors from Turkey became sponsors. Keep in mind that this part of Uganda still needs water well rehabilitation, so we are calling on anyone who can donate or sponsor this project and more.
