MBALE CITY UCE : BUKONDE SS MAKES HISTORY IN UCE RESULTS 2022.

For the first time since 2014 Bukonde senior secondary school had never managed to get first grades.

Teachers, students and non teaching staff all celebrated the achievement.

Mr. Masifa Abubakari the headteacher of Bukonde SS who's a former teacher at Mbale SS heading Mathematics department and Deputy Headteacher Nkoma SS attributed the results to teamwork and the good working environment, that is what helped them get the three (3) first grades for the first time since the school's establishment in early 80's.

Wakiwala Juma was the best student with 13 aggregates among others who perfommed better considering the history of the school.

All students spoke with lWhat's up Bukonde said that the good working relationship between students and teachers helped them so much to achieve their goals.

Masifa said, the school sat 130 candidates last year and all of them passed, he promised massive improvement come next year and requested parents to trust them with their children for the better future.

Mukonde clan set for a new home ground ahead of Bikuuka sports tournament.

Inda ya Wanale contingents clan-Mukonde have embarked on refurbishment of Bulweta playground in preparations for incoming Bikuuka sports championship.

The Bikuuka 2nd Edition football winners have always contemplated where to host their Bikuuka games in past editions henceforth prompted them to rehabilitate Bulweta as new bonafide home fortress.

Bulweta field of play which is located in Mbale Northern city Division in Bukonde area will be presented to Bikuuka technical committee for verification exercise once the works are completed.

The clan sports cordinator Massa Philip with his beaming smile heaped praises to their clan son who doubles as Area MP Seth Wambede Massa for sole funding of the ongoing Bulweta rehabilitation works which is worthy over 50milion ugshs.
