c. He is needed back to the leadership to stir up harmony by emerging People's Government Activism Wing with main party leadership . And handle money dealers and position chasers from the Junta already known but hiding.

d. Has the ability to mobilise financial and political support for the party internally and internationally. Currently limping .

e. Ensure reception of periodic reports from President .

He has been ably to raise over and above differences within members of the party .

He continues to possess high undoubted distinguished personality in both the party and society .

He is a leader that does not act with any form of segregation and impartiality .

He has served the party and country with distinction .

His earned respect continues to gain more capital in our all Ugandan society and his peers .

1. He is the only suitable presidential candidate for smooth political transition of 2026, he will not be greedy for power as he is drawing to good age .

2.He has already a master plan for the transition government that is to set a truth telling and reconciliation commission , constitutional review commission , undertake policy reforms , carry free and fail elections for a better Uganda .
