External factors influencing the mind include:

3. Beliefs: Our beliefs and values shape our mindset
4. Experiences: Life experiences, upbringing, education, and relationships shape our mind
5. Environment: Surroundings and environment impact our mind
6. Neurotransmitters: Serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins influence mood and mental well-being
7. Self-awareness: Understanding our thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors helps control our mind
8. Mindfulness: Practicing mindfulness increases mental clarity
9. Subconscious mind: Influences thoughts, feelings, and behaviors beneath conscious awareness
10. Higher power or spirituality: Guides and influences our mind
The Spirit's Role in Mind Control
While external factors influence our mind, it's the spirit that ultimately controls our mind's direction. None of the above factors can shape our mind without spiritual permission. Our spirit attracts our mind in a given direction, and even birth is metaphorically decided by a higher power.
