If anything this past year has taught me that it is possible to create an online space where participants feel safe, heard and held where deep connection and transformation are possible. Sweet memories from mid February when we were recording after a huge storm ☔️ in #jinja for our #onlineyogateachertraining As a 2.5 person company (@karuna.lifestyle is the 0.5 since he helps with filming and editing...🤩🤣) we literally do it all from creating content, marketing, advertising, filming, operating zoom and running in person too.... but the MOST IMPORTANT thing to remember is keep @mala_yogamat clean and dry.
