About yesterday

As TDF Kiringente Office, we made a follow up and toured Nakirebe Twezimbe Youth Poultry Group a few days back that received 4 millions ugx. We have noted that they have over 200 birds and started Piggery project with 5 of them.

Following the inferno incident that left ,Musoke homeless and his son nursing wounds, Patron Amelia Anne Kyambadde, yesterday,came to his rescue when she inspected the scene at Nakigudde,Mpambire-Mpigi,she pledged to construct for the homeless family a three bedroom house,put furniture and cater for treatment of the baby who was seen whimpering in pain at Mpigi. Rehabilitation of Mpigi Police Clinic (Health Centre II) under the patronage of Amelia Anne Kyambadde

Recently,Patron, visited Mpigi Police Clinic ,to check on the progress of renovation work at the site.

Today through our patron Amelia Anne Kyambadde we distributed 760kgs of Maize to Mpigi Town Council Farmers in the following villages;

1) Kasaamu
2) Nseke
3) Bumoozi A
4) Bumyuka
5) Kkonkoma

Congratulations to our Board Members, HajatFaridah Bambi ( Secretary) and (Treasurer) upon winning Primaries for Kampala (Woman) and Koboko Municipality respectively.

Through our patron Amelia Anne Kyambadde ,we Fulfilled a pledge of a motorcycle made a couple of years ago to 'Kingo' Boda Boda Stage at Katende. This pledge is aimed at improving social economic transformation of boda boda cyclists in rural setting.

we did a random visit to Nkambo primary school in mawokota where Twezimbe Development Foundation through our patron Amelia Anne Kyambadde was able to source support of two blocks to this school to solve the problem inadequate administration shelter that was previously a big challenge to the school

Yesterday we completed the renovation of bulamu primary school teachers quarters that were built by Twezimbe Development Foundation and among the things done was repainting of the blocks , rebuilding of verandas among others and more so we also completed the painting of mzei Tungu's house that was fully built by Twezimbe Development Foundation through our patron Hon Amelia Anne Kyambadde

The best gift you can give to your children or a young generation is knowledge and through our patron Amelia Anne Kyambadde and our programs, we have managed to offer scholarships(university level) to over 350 students in mawokota north and we are happy that this is changing their lives positively and improving their skills in the working world .

Besides helping the needy like the elderly, we as twezimbe development foundation dont forget the fundamentals of our African / Ugandan economic activity which is farming and we enforce this by giving a helping hand to those who practice farming by giving them several seedlings of coffee among others. As we pledged to help the vulnerables and the needy during this lockdown /covi19 era , we identified one of our elders (Mzei Tungu) from one of the villages in mawokota who was sleeping in a worst conditioned grass thatched house with no basic necessities like food among others and through our patron Hon Amelia Kyambade , we managed to put up a fully constructed house of two rooms (bedroom and seating room), a pit latrine, a bed and some basic necessities like food stuffs among others.

A helping hand is the best you can give to a vulnerable neighbour in need in this pandemic time, it doesn't have to be big or expensive as long as it brings happiness and joyful smiles to them .
