I had a few ask me what Im doing to lose weight well I'm doing whats best for me .. I simply drink gallon of water a day instead of 3 meals I simply eat 1 meal a day turkey,ham or tuna sandwiches and salads is good to eat. Snacks would be peanut butter crackers, fruits..
Long story short when u simply cut down what u use to eat an drink plenty of water u will see a difference..
I'm not gonna lie to u I gave up many times but I always got back to it.. Bc it's not easy . Our health matters.. If u want enough energy u gotta do what u gotta do .. Soon I'll be posting my before and afters stay 👀... I got so much instored and an brand I'm working on for BEE FIT 😍 🫶🏾✨
