Office Manager
• Enter invoices using Microsoft QuickBooks for payment, coding each to jobsite and department.
• Responsible for tracking employee hours and charge the appropriate amount of time to each jobsite. Submit tracked information daily to payroll.
• Responsible for validating company CDL drivers are in compliance with all DOT regulations, and collecting driver records to verify employees are working within allotted driving times.
• Complete all onboarding of new hires, verify eligibility to work in the United States, and submitting the correct information to payroll.
• Answer phones, file invoices, greet customers and salesmen, print construction plans for the supervisors, update all company vehicle registrations, purchase office supplies, light office cleaning, and other duties as needed.
