I know that I'm not the best in town, or even close for that matter, but I enjoy doing this and capturing special moments.

Sometimes you are given opportunities in life that become part of who you are. I have such a soft spot in my heart for this age group. From listening to stories of 'the good 'ole days' to seeing them get up and dance when the music is just right. Being able to capture these sweet memories is why I do this. The joy in both the residents faces, as well as the family members, seeing their loved one so joyful is something that I wish everyone could be a part of. The amount of love and happiness in the room was astounding and something to cherish.
