CBS Insurance Agency participated in the Abilene Country Club 500 golf tournament last week. We had the privilege of feeding the golfers in the practice round on Thursday. Steven Senter and Alec Ogdee, our two newest producers, were in charge of cooking. The food was amazing so we are sorry if you missed out on that treat! Anna Bryan in our Benefits Department, Tammy Christall in our Commercial Lines Department and Kaitlyn Minze in our Personal Lines Department all worked hard serving food and keeping things in order throughout the day. We had a great time seeing so many friends and customers and can't wait to do it again!

Who doesn’t love a great THROWBACK?! In 2021, Partner, John Callahan took home the BEST MALE PERFORMER award at the Abilene Music Awards - Beltin' It Out For The Boys. This year, he got to go and enjoy the evening from the crowd and cheer for this year’s performers. This was the 7th annual Abilene Music Awards. It helps support the programs at Ben Richey Boys Ranch and Family Program. The Boys Program has been helping hundreds of young boys become men, since 1947. Their goal is to provide each boy with the tools to become a productive member of society through a caring and loving home environment. The Family Program is for single mothers and their children helping to restore them with hope, comfort and shelter while they locate resources they need to move toward fulfilled independent living. We love getting to support such an integral part of our community and every day is a good day to share about that.
