Today’s senior in the spotlight is Erica Duffey. Erica has been involved in the majority of Drama Club productions since her freshman year both backstage and on stage. She is a member of a very talented family that we have been lucky to have grace our stage often over the years. She leaves behind a legacy to her younger sister Sofia. Whether she is finding creative ways to make props, or making us laugh on stage, she gets the job done. Erica has a flair for the dramatic. She is creative, artistic, passionate, reflective, and motivated. She is very talented and truly shines on stage. Whether as a wicked goddess with an evil laugh, a grumpy, but lovable old lady, or sad girl facing a life alone, Erica puts it all out there. Her presence will surely be missed on our stage. We love you Erica!

Today's senior in the spotlight is Riane Lumer. Riane joined drama club in the spring of her Junior year and was amazing as Mama Euralie in Once on This Island. Riane is a natural leader, and source of positive energy in the club. All the other cast members look up to her. She is so kind to everyone and always willing to lend an ear. She is reflective, organized, and always prepared. She is truly an example of what a cast member should be. It was an honor to work with her. We love you Riane!

Today is World Theatre Day! The lights dim and the audience settled in. As the curtain rises, months of preparation comes to fruition, and a story comes to life.
