Decided to create a class for my Sister in law to honor her on Mother's Day a day to also honor Mother Earth at my favorite local spot. Etowah Mounds.
This short practice opens the chest, neck and shoulders. It assists I letting go of heat in the heart.
If you do a lot of computer work, typing and driving this is a wonderful practice to open it all up and let go of stress.

This mantra has become a very important one for me in the last couple of years, and even more recently, since the beginning of winter, I have devoted time to really listening to my body.
This body is a miracle. It has taken a serious beating over these 52, almost 53 years.
However, in practicing Qigong and Yoga and learning about sitting in stillness and connecting to nature every chance I get. I can really hear my body wanting to connect and speaking to my heart and mind.
I have become aware of old patterns and behaviors that switch my body into stress mode..and that is when I stop step away from the situation, breathe or body shake or step outside and take a moment. Then I thank my body, and I speak to it . We start to have this conversation, and we work together to create a new relationship and create new thought patterns and healthy behaviors. This mantra is a special one, and I hope you, too, will find that connection again with your body and create a connection of love, gratitude, and peace. 🙏💜✌️

So important to remember this is a super distracted world. Thisbisnon my vision boards in my office and sacred space. The reminder to slow down and let the Qi flow and guide me. I hope this reminds you to slow down and do one thing at a time. ✨️💜☯️
