We also had our President Dan give a workshop on painting your own sky with clouds backdrop with latex house paint, paint brushes and sponges. You can see some of the pieces we finished at the workshop I think they turned out Great. I also found this workshop to be helpful. Thank you Dan!
It was a small crowd last night only 12 members on hand to witness this double header!

Ten-year old Josh had his eyes and hopes set on winning the glass decanter of a passenger car during the door prize raffle. Well, luck would prevail and ...
Is it Wednedsday allready?! Where does the time go? I said that I'd share some photo's from the fun Op's session last week and it only took me a week to get back here and do it! Sorry folks.
So Lonnie is the main guy when it comes to setting up the op sessions. He does a great job of it! He's our favorite SP&S fan! Thank you Lonnie!

Hi everyone. Just heading out to the club tonight. We're having an Operation session (Ops) tonight. Trains will be running! I'll share some pictures later in the week from that. Tonight I'm sharing a couple pictures I took Sunday when one of our members wanted to run a new engine. We like new toys!! This new engine from Piko looks great! Thanks Mike!
Hello everyone happy Friday. Thought I'd take a few minutes and add a little content to Facebook today. We had a pretty slow day on Wednesday I would guess because of Valentines Day. Us model railroaders are a bunch of Softy's at heart! 💖💘
We hope you all had a fun day! A couple of us diehards showed up for a little while. Since it was so quiet I was able to catch a few Sites and Sounds around the layout. I'll share those as Reels. I'll also add a couple of pictures of trains from Wednesday. I hope you enjoy.
Have a safe weekend!
There are always cool trains running on the layout at Csme! Here are a few I've photographed in the last month or so! Hope you enjoy?
Here's a few pictures of scene's on the Csme layout! Some scenes are mostly completed others are a work in progress! We have very talented people in this club! What a great group of model railroaders! Thank you everyone for your work!
This is what it looks like when you have 23 Model railroaders in a room trying to figure out how to use they're "smart" phones as a DCC throttles! The teacher of Januaries workshop Rob K. up front behind the Projector had his work cut out for him teaching us all! Thank you Rob! Good workshop!

So I'll go back in time a bit and share with you the workshops we've had. We started doing something new this year and once a month a club member puts on a work shop to teach us something about the hobby. So in August Gene taught us all about installing switches and switch machines. It was very informative and Gene was also giving away Tomatoes! They were yummy Thank you Gene for everything! After the presentation it's an open run night.
Hello everyone! Hey I'm sorry there has not been much activity here lately. The last few months have been real busy for us Admins at Csme. I'm hoping I'll be back regularly now, sorry I cant promise anything though. So I want to remind everyone our Open House is quickly coming up on us less then a month.
Here's a flyer you can print out and stick it on your fridge if you'd like! Here's also a few pictures of some recent trains running and some scenic shots at the club. Again I'm sorry we've been so quiet I hope it picks up. Keep an eye for a couple other posts soon!
Thank you.
