🧈I layered the butter in with the base dough to create 27 flaky layers in each pastry

🇩🇰 These are Danish Butterhorns! They’re similar to croissants with a few key differences. The dough tastes richer and they come with different fillings!
🇩🇰 I went with both traditional and fruit fillings for this batch.

🍑 I loved the apricot the most! It’s so fruity and tart, the perfect accompaniment to the rich Butterhorn.
