Start anywhere, start somewhere....my healing (for myself...everyone is different) started with a plant, then a hobby. Then another hobby and in that process I began learning about my true self... I'm always gonna be a work in progress but I'm so loving who I am these days.

shes all of us! but it really resonates with me on this day! I am almost sober one year... my birthday today is the first one in a long time that I wont be having a few beers to celebrate. My ole man is taking me to dinner tonight so I am getting dressed up to look like a real girl and let him see me in my feminine power!! I hope all of you feel the love im sending out! we do have spaces open for sundays meditation circle, and we may pull a few cards from my oracle decks if we finish early! let me know if you want to attend!!

We had our 2nd women's circle last night, there was only 3 of us so it was a quicker evening. We had 3 that didn't make it, I understand life happens but if you plan on coming just let me know if you can't make it, so someone else can fill your spot! Next Sunday at 6pm if anyone is interested

Today is positivity Thursday....this is something a couple coworkers and I started on a bad day...you know the one...where everything seems to be fighting you? Nothing is going right...yea those days! And my morning was rough today but I'm trying to shake off the negative and continue with positive. So we do things like compliments, being helpful to others, not speaking anything negative (this one is difficult!) I'd love for everyone to try it.. spread a piece of sunshine on this cold day... you never know who needs a smile!!

Please send positive Vibes to my step daughter today as she starts a new job!!
