Spring in to Yoga
If you missed your New Year’s resolutions, Spring is a great time to start again, in fact, you can always start at anytime to challenge yourself both physically and mentally. The pandemic has uniquely given all of us a challenge. Can we stay calm in the midst of a global storm? Can we find beauty in our daily confined lives? And most importantly, can we see and feel what is really important to us, our family, our friends, and taking care of ourselves as best as can be? Whether you do yoga, take a walk, sit in silence, or just smell the flowers, remember to appreciate each moment as that moment is all we have!
