Wooo! Top o’ the day friends and family and hope this finds you happy and healthy this Tuesday. 💥😁 This is me right after hopping off stage last night, no BS honest grin, and MAN do I love this. To the core of my being. All of this. The high’s, the lows, and above all, the what’s next, nobody knows. Brass tax, it has been a radical and emotional $h@! show of awesome for 30 years, but the word jaded has never once been a feeling nor thought in my mind. The only thing it’s done is built skin thick as leather, asinine levels of patience that only a buddhist monk could fathom lol, learning to be comfortable with being uncomfortable and embracing it rather than complain, and above all have a great and sincere appreciation in the small victories while learning to strive even HARDER in the face of adversity. Taking each strike as a lesson to learn and take from. Growing in every reform. The band, my career, the audience, the small shows, the big, the personal growth within, and keeping my eye on the oasis of it all in the dryest of times…it’s just such a magical thing. ✨The synergy between the good and the bad and the two dimensions of my music career are an unhinged electrifying sensation. It’s not for the faint of heart, nor the sensitive as I once in the early days very much was, that is UNLESS you are willing to give yourself to it all in entirety and sometimes let go. Just let go, in trust that the vigorous and diligent hard work you are doing and have backlogged will take the wheel and have faith and promise in that. It all matters. The s**t storms and the sunny days. This started off a quick tour update, but I am just so grateful for this life and my hands and mind took over the text so thanks for bearing with them. So go live your s**tstorm to the fullest friends and find the good and lessons within it all to help you flourish and appreciate the magic within. Seek out the lessons in the madness, the setbacks, and the in opportune and less ideal situations life throws at us all. Has been a great run in here in Canada so far and with the new solo record out in the World it’s been a fun internal balance of the different facets of energies surging through me now with the intense Punk shows nightly. I am only what I’m able to be ….I wasn’t consulted on your goddamn laws or list of petty regulations and polite white society niceties…Nope I come from the other side of that coin , free independent thought , independent expression of thoughts , feelings and ways to live outside a constricted system that only makes winners of gilded glass jawed motherf**kers with an even thinner backbone…I’ll dig your ditch while your society digs our graves…

Love is the great equalizer, the same thing that can nourish our souls and create our families can lead us to hell if we're not confident in our ability to love ourselves....I will always rebuke hate of any kind and I beg you as my friends and family to kindly do the same..

My friends are the most eclectic , excellent, International bunch of people who have ever lived and I recommend greatly their businesses, their beauty , their pride and their shortcomings because as many Gods have ..The Meek Shall continue working and Inshallah(God willing) they shall inherit and overcome the world to which struggle endlessly tries to bind them.....

I love you all more than you'll ever know...I don't have a lot in this world so to me? Love and kindness and a little bit of luck seems to be better currency than piles of paper....

If I've never met you it just means we have something to look forward to...And if I have and you have helped me in my own lifes struggle and journey home to her...???

May the road rise up to meet your blessed feet and may the winds of change forever be in your favor..

You're soul and heart will forever be part of mine...
