NAILS ABLAZE LLC POLICIES

•If you are feeling sick in any way, please be respectful and reschedule your appointment.
•I obtain the right to refuse any service for any reason at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, reasons such as: sickness, tardiness, open cuts or wounds on hands/feet, exposed cuticles, blood, extreme onychophagia, other nail or skin diseases and disorders, infections or anything that could potentially disrupt my ongoing practice of sanitation and infection control.
•Please be on time to your appointment as I typically book back-to-back appointments. I have a 10 minute grace period, after that I obtain the right to cancel your appointment.
•I do understand that emergencies come up and life happens. I ask that you please be respectful of my time (and others time) and cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if possible. My phone number is 330-608-2873 if you need to reach me quickly.
•No call/No show appointments will require an additional 50%-of-service charge when re-booking. If this occurs more than once, you are no longer allowed to book with Nails Ablaze LLC. Please understand that time is valuable.
•Please no extra guests (children, significant others, friends) at your appointment, unless you ask me.
•Please be careful with your nails and avoid picking at them. I will fix broken/chipped nails free of charge ONLY 1-3 days after service. If you are in need of a repair 4 or more days after service, you are to pay for the service. This includes missing nails at fill appointments ($3 per nail fix)!
•Please note that if I am working over another technicians work for a fill, the policy above (free nail fix 1-3 days after service) does not apply. I do not guarantee longevity if the initial set (or the last fill) was not done by me. I recommend soaking off and booking a full set!
•Please understand that I am a beginner. My services do take longer than most walk-in salons. Feel free to ask for a time quote to plan your day accordingly.
•I may not be able to draw your requested nail art as perfect as the inspiration picture (I will always try, though!) or I may not have the correct color match so please come with multiple options for designs/colors (if applicable).
•Please bring CASH to your appointment as that is the only payment I accept. If you need a quote for your service, ask for one ahead of time (please note that prices may vary). In emergencies only, I will accept zelle/personal check. I DO NOT have a debit/credit card reader so that form of payment is NOT permitted.
•Please be aware that all services will have a 6.5% sales tax charge applied to your total. The state of Ohio requires this for all nail services.
•Refunds are not permitted. Be vocal during your appointment and do not wait until the end of the service to change things (design, color, length, etc). I will not take offense to any respectful constructive criticism *during* your appointment!
