News Release: Second Half 2023 Real Estate Tax Bills in the Mail, Due July 19, 2024.
Today the Summit County Fiscal Office was proud to host the ODA 2024 Weights and Measures regional training at our Services Division on Tallmadge Avenue. The attending weights and measures inspectors will receive continuing education credit for their time at the training. Thirty-five individual inspectors are in attendance from twenty counties in Ohio.

Property owners who do not agree with the valuation of their property have until Monday, April 1, 2024, to file with the Board of Revision. Complaint forms (DTE 1 forms) can be submitted by U.S. mail, delivered in person, or submitted online. All complaints must be postmarked on or before April 1st, delivered to the Board of Revision by 4:00 P.M, or submitted online by 11:59 P.M.
The Board of Revision hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. You may find the DTE 1 forms online or file online at https://rb.gy/c9lnmw. For questions about the process or more information, call (330) 926-2559.

Utilizing her skills as a CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner, Summit County Fiscal Officer Scalise has been part of the fiscal accountability of the Summit County Fiscal Office since 2000, where she has served as a strong leader in county government and has been recognized at the state level for her commitment to professional development, as well as continuing to lead the Summit County Fiscal Office to be the recipient of the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) and the Ohio Auditor of State (AOS) Award with Distinction.
