 Assist in preparing worksheet for Estate Planning Trust Documents:
 Last Will and Testament,
 Durable Family Power of Attorney,
 Health Care Surrogate
 Designation and Living Will

 Identify and assist in gathering information on Investment Portfolio Outside of Trust

 Identify existing Funeral Arrangements or Life Insurance Policy

 Direct Deposits that require immediate notification.

 Identify areas that should be notified immediately to cancel auto monthly deductions, such as Health Care, Credit Cards, Cell Phones

 Identify Household expenses, Insurance and Taxes

 Vehicle Insurance and Registration

 Existing Checking and Savings Accounts

 Disposal of Personal Property
Identify items to given to a specific Heir, Donated or Sold

Gator Senior Services LLC is an Estate Planning Coordinating service. The most devasting words you will ever hear are “You need to get your affairs in order”. We all know too well that many of us procrastinate in getting our final wishes in writing to avoid a possible probate situation for our heirs.

My company was established to assist you completing the necessary paperwork for your Estate Attorney, CPA’s and Financial Planners. In addition I have created an Estate Administrator Checklist, intended to lessen the burden for your loved ones in executing your final affairs in an organized and timely manner..

Assist in completing and gathering documentation for Attorney may include but not limited to information required to establish a Living Trust (if applicable).

You will play an active "hands on" role in this process. As part of your estate, your home is more likely the largest asset you have. I have over 20 years of Real Estate Experience, and will be able to explain to you what to expect in the process of selling your home.
