Our last event in GA 😢🥰🥲

Today we had the privilege of cooking for our local
Chic-Fil-A. Scotty and I cooked 100 pizzas, in 3 hours may I add, for the Gsinesville team to award them for a job well done! They also were treated with a choice of cupcake (chocolate blonde, chocolate, caramel and coconut, s’more, Berry filled with whipped cream icing, cannoli cream espresso filled with whipped chocolate frosting and some regular cupcakes for those that like to keep it simple!😊. Me?…..I’d rather stay up until 3:00am creating different options🤦‍♀️.

After some private events in March, we will be at
The Bryer Patch on April 21 & 22! If, in the meantime, don’t be afraid to reach out for a small private events, where you may need some pizzas, “grab and go” bake your own pizzas and keep in mind pizza kits for birthday parties! Also brownie trays, cupcakes, French dressing, etc. The beauty of this pizza trailer is that it is a legitimate licensed business but gives me the flexibility to do what I love but also enjoy my so-called “retirement”. 🥰

Now regarding Valentines options…..

I will be out of town Tuesday thru Thursday. I can have the pizza options in the photos available Sunday during 2:00-600 when we are set
Or can schedule pick ups for Monday late afternoon early evening.

These can be cooked for you to reheat on Wednesday if you’d like or “take and bake”.

I will also have dessert options with me Sunday and can have more Monday if necessary.

Happy Thursday! This Sunday we will be set up at 12718 NW 77th Terrace, Alachua off 441 from 2:00-6:00.

In order to give me an idea of product needed, I have a photo of a 14” pizza with a football and also a 10” cauliflower crust. It would be helpful to get pre orders for these and a specific pick up time between 2:00 and 6:00.

Happy Friday! Now that I’m feeling confident about our oven “❤️”…….Super Bowl Sunday is February 11th and Valentines Day is Wednesday the 14th. This is what my thoughts are:

Super Bowl Sunday
- Get your orders in for the football pizzas! Open in Alachua by Newsome Well/Septic from 2:00-6:00

- Valentines “heart” shaped pizza will be available but I would have to do those for Monday evening pickup(take and bake, par baked or fully baked) in Alachua since I will be out of town Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

I Also plan on baking some cookies, brownies and whatever else comes to mind. I’ll have some pictures of items to choose from next week.

*Give me your thoughts on toppings when you order and I’ll accommodate the best I can.

***Please message me or text to 239-537-9333 to pre order the pizza. Then we can add dessert items once I decide what I’m baking 🤣. This food trailer life is so different! The options are endless!🤣

Happy New Year! They say you can pick any day to be the beginning of your new year! 💕. As you all know we were having issues with our oven which is the heart that keeps a kitchen pumping. Well that “ heart” definitely caused my heart to skip a few beats with frustration because we were as excited as you were to cook again. We got through that last event on Main Street, our old stomping grounds, by the skin of our teeth. You all were so patient and I will say it again….”thank you!” A new part had to be ordered and has been installed. Today was “testing” day and here’s the results:
*Started quickly
*determined thermostat is off so I got that figured out and marked properly
*maintained temp to bake (results below😋)
*put temp up for pizza and maintained temp

SUCCESS! 🥰

Not sure where or when we will pop up but our schedule does include a Wedding for approx 150 people 3/15 in Naples, pizza party for a special birthday girl locally on 3/23 and a wedding scheduled for May 4.

We will keep you posted. If you have a special need, party, gathering, event, etc. let me know and we will see how we can accommodate.

Happy Friday! I’ve had several people contact me to see if we will be on Main Street tonight. 😞 we wont be there this week. SANTA is there though! Make sure you get there to see him and enjoy yourselves on Beautiful Main Street Alachua! ❤️

A shout out to GRE Signs for doing the lettering/artwork on our pizza trailer! I gave them my thoughts and it was perfect. ❤️🍕❤️

We are taking a break this week. My trusty, reliable oven/propane guy Eric Williams LP Gas is going to take a look at everything to make sure it’s working properly and no hiccups 😬

Thank you to everyone for your love and patience over the past couple months! It was great to see you and fun to make pizzas and other yummy stuff for you ( when the oven was cooperating 🤦‍♀️) !

The “take and bake” went over well and we’ve got some awesome pizza cookers out there! I’ll do that again as well and some “ outside the box” meals!

Due to the weather conditions heading to GA we have delayed leaving😏. But that’s good news for anyone that wanted “Pizza kits” or Take n Bake pizzas for today.
