I love to cook healthier versions of our cuisine whenever possible! I finally made 100% ORGANIC PHO GA! In Vietnam out of all places. From the chicken to the noodles, ginger, limes, and even the Nouc Mam and syracha! My mom would be very proud of me! She always said you can pay more money for the best organic food now to enjoy, or pay a lot more for it later when the medical bills arrive as you suffer! She is so right!
