Hope you’re having a great Sunday. It’s a reset day for me. I’m cleaning up my apartment, buying groceries and getting a bit of meal prep in, and finally organizing my tasks for the upcoming week. I didn’t add this point in the list but I find organizing and reseting on Sundays allows me to take on the week with clarity, improved focus, and less overwhelm.
