Toth Network Construction

This year marks our third hear in business as Toth Network Construction. When we started our company we used quick books to do all of our estimates. It was ok, but the price didnt seem worth it at the time so we switched to getcost. We now use getcost in conjunction with quickbooks and im looking to try something new. Does anyone have any suggestions for software that can be used for professional estimates? Ive been seeing a lot of advertisements on facebook for a couple different ones but i dont want to jump in without knowing someone who has used it.

Got the front almost all painted.

Almost done with the bottom. Next part is the uppers and painting the trim. We've already painted and caulked part of the trim to see what it will look like together with the siding. Can't wait to see the final product. Stay tuned........

We just wrapped up a community center here in Albany!

We're installing some new floors and painting. Cabinets and countertops will be next.

Our latest endeavor

We've been been working for the housing authority again. We're almost done with this unit. Today we will be doing touch-ups. We will be changing out light fixtures and switches as well as the outlets. I hope this makes someone feel like they are home. ❤️

Demo day

Working on a ceiling repair

Chicken coup/ shed. We finished today but I was so tired that I forgot to take pictures. The paint will go on soon. Then the chickens will get to move in to their new home. They seem to like it already.

Phase one complete

Phase one almost complete. Nine more rows of old siding to replace and a door on the side to finish, then it’s ready for some trim around the windows along with corners.

Day four down. Inspection tomorrow then it’s time to finish up the outside and move to phase two.

Another day in the books. Today the siding goes up.

Not as productive as I would have liked today but still happy with the progress. I wasn’t aware of how bad this house was leaning until I installed the window and the door. I kept looking at it and trying to fix it until I realized it was the house that was out of square. Look at the bubble. You can zoom in on it. This was a head scratcher....lol. That’s ok because the finished product is going to look great! 🤩
