As we set course in 2024 it is a good time to reflect on what was then and what is now.

In 2023 we had the lowest number of homes sold in the last thirty years. Many things to factor in on this, like the aftermath from COVID and an increase in interest rates!

On a positive note, we have an increase of 80 million people living in the U.S. Which means there will be opportunities for both sellers and buyers.

Who Buying? 45.5 million Millennials.

Who's selling? 72 million Baby Boomers.
