Coming to Heritage Days Friday night! September 29!!!

Stanly County Republican Convention is this Saturday, 3/11

The convention will be held in the Gene McIntyre Commissioners Meeting Room at the Stanly Commons. Precinct meetings will start at 9am with the actual county convention to follow as close to 10am as possible. You'll need to arrive around 8:45 to check-in.

The purpose of the precinct meetings will be to elect new precinct officers and delegates to the county convention as allotted in the State Plan of Organization. The individual elected as chair of the precinct will also serve on the Party Executive Committee.

The purpose of the County Convention will be to adopt a plan of organization, elect Party Officers, and Elect Delegates to the State Convention. The County Convention will also hear the presentation of any resolutions that may be presented.
