All deep tissue massage will now will be booked as Barefoot Massage 👣(Ashiatsu).
This massage modality will only be offered specific days/times of the week.
All other massage ✋and energetic appointments will be offered opposite days/times.
This is due to having a different required set-up of equipment to avoid an injury

Deep Tissue Massage Therapy:

Tuesday: not available
Wednesday: 1:30pm- 5:30pm
Thursday: 10am- 6:30pm
Friday: 1:30pm-5:30 pm

All Other Services:

Good morning and happy Wednesday to all of my amazing clients, friends and family. 🩵
As many of you know I was taken by ambulance and admitted to Owatonna hospital last week with an asthma exacerbation.
Having had asthma most of my life, I honestly never knew it could be fatal. I never knew you actually can die from this disease.
Although I have in recent years really taken the strides to cut out factors that may progress it, and I have been diligent to manage it, this time it completely got away from me and I am so grateful to my amazing neighbor who called 911 and got me the help I needed…
Ironically, May is Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month so I’m going to be sharing info here for the rest of month.
ALSO, dear clients, I am coming back to work tomorrow. 🎉
I will be taking it slow any steady. I truly APPRECIATE my awesome and supportive clients that were so gracious when I needed to reschedule, who reached out and checked in. I honestly have the best clients in the world.
I can’t wait to see each and every one of you back in my studio. 🙏

I completed the fourth and final class to complete my certification as a Craniosacral Therapist this past weekend.
I chose to study and work with The Heartwood Institute and their amazing group of instructors and practitioners. I worked directly with the incredibly talented and brilliant Janet Berryhill and Dr. Mo. The whole team is supportive and hands on.
Heartwood offers a very unique and intuitive approach to this work in which I was able to thrive and grow.
CST is a gentle approach to Bodywork. It combines gentle holds and manipulation. It allows your body to be the guide and helps facilitate healing.
