Breakfast for dinner! Crustless ham and cheese quiche with green bean salad. Mmmm mmmm mmmm.

Chorizo Stuffed Sweet Bell Peppers topped with a Lime Sour Cream. Serve them over rice to make a meal or individually for a filling appetizer or tail gate finger food.

Lemon, Garlic and Siracha Chicken with Green Beans. Eat as is to keep it low carb or serve over rice.

Another day of orders completed. A few of the meals were Crispy Chicken Cutlets with Roasted Vegetables, Chicken Fried Rice, and Vegetarian Stuffed Bell Peppers. 😋

Mediterranean inspired salad with lemon and herbs marinated chicken breast.

Pan roasted chicken, prosciutto and mushrooms topped with fontana cheese on cauliflower mash.

A week of meals for a family of three. Plus fresh bread! Meal prep at it's finest heat and go for lunch and dinner.

Had a great time at the food truck festival today. Of all the things we tasted and saw, my favorite was a BEER! The Cherry Wheat from local to NM was delicious. It gave me tons of inspiration, starting with a Chocolate Cherry Beer Bread. I am looking forward to braising some different meats and making a smoked cherry BBQ sauce with this. Stay tuned. Lol.
