🌿🍃🔥 We often get asked how to smudge sage and here are some tips to help you:

1. Open the windows (you want anything unwelcomed to leave)

2. Light your Sage for about 15-30 secs. Slowly rotate to generate ember. Gently blow with caution. Sage will naturally stop burning in minutes, don't panic that's how it works.

3. Use an abalone shell or a smudging plate to catch ashes while burning. (Careful, it might get hot)

4. Begin in any room furthest the exit door. Walk around the room and move the smoke around as you make your way to the exit. A feather can be helpful when doing this. Repeat this in every room, body or object, top to bottom and side to side.

WHAT YOU SAY IS NOT AS IMPORTANT AS What YOU BELIEVE but make sure to perform this cleansing ritual when you feel positive and your thoughts are free of any negativity. You may say blessing words (those can be powerful too).
