I’m trying to do a better job at posting what I eat 🤭 This morning I had 8oz of coffee with a splash of heavy cream. I had bone broth around 9. Then I had an omelette around noon🥚 Two eggs, onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, olive oil, and half an avocado ✌🏼 Dinner was pork, asparagus, and potatoes 🤤 I also had a yogurt, macadamia nuts, and raspberries ❤️

I am finding joy in walking ❤️ I convinced myself for many years that I’m allergic to cardio 🤭 I walk between 4-7 miles a day in addition to my regular steps. I no longer wear a Fitbit. Things like steps, calories, hours in the gym are not important to me. My goal is to be healthy. Listen to my body more. And be around a long time for my kids ☺️ What activities do you enjoy?⤵️
Being a lifelong yo-yo dieter really is a struggle. I spent the last 3 months working on myself, by myself. But I know where that path will lead. Hitting my goal weight and slowly watching it all come back on.🤷🏼♀️ Anyone else been there? We know it’s true and why do we do this to ourselves? Last week, I finally seeked medical advice from a doctor. There are so many things that I wasn’t aware of and my eyes were opened. I will be sharing more about my journey as it progresses. Staring today, I’m challenging myself to eat as much whole food as possible. I started to let a lot of processed food sneak in. Today’s lunch was 5 ingredients. Ahi Tuna, brown rice pasta, broccoli, olive oil, and cream cheese🤌🏼 Here is Day One of good simple eats 🥦
I always keep fresh veggies and protein in the fridge so I can throw together a quick meal I’m under 30 minutes👩🏼🍳 Tonight we had pork tenderloin with veggies🐷 What did you have?
It is bizarre how much these taste like real chicken nuggets 🤯 Have you tried these? They even rate close to excellent (75+) in the Yuka app🐔

Lunch on the Go☀️ We’re at the beach today which is an easy place for me eat all the processed snacks😬 I brought a sandwich with a ton of veggies and Greek yogurt which keeps me feeling full 🥪 Yes, I eat regular bread, and no I will not stop 🍞 Coffee and Bread are non-negotiable for me☕️ What are your non-negotiables?⤵️

It took 40 years but here I am finally denim wearing shorts👏🏼 Typically in the summer you can find me in leggings, biker shorts, or capris but you know what….. Life is Short, Wear the Damn Shorts🥰✌🏼
