🎉 A Warm Welcome Back! 🎉 The Franconia PTA was thrilled to host a Welcome Back Breakfast for our amazing teachers and staff yesterday! 🍎☕️ It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the delicious food, fresh coffee, and great company as we kick off the new school year. A big thank you to all the volunteers and donors who made this event a success—we couldn't have done it without you! 🙌 Your support means the world to our school community. Hello Penguins! The results of our Paint-A-Brick drawing are in for the coveted eight bricks surrounding Mr. Smith and Ms. Pinski's works of art. Thanks to all our families and staff who have already signed up, and we look forward to seeing you all at our first ever Feast at Franconia Potluck meeting this coming Tuesday, September 13 at 7:00 pm. The winners are (winners will be contacted via email as well): Allen Gross Chris French Mark Haffner Elaine Lyon Matthew Frey Kari Packard Kelley Rockwell Jen Lucius Backups (just in case!): Ho Jenkins Khiet Dave Osterlie Remember, EVERYONE who joined the PTA by the end of August will get to paint a brick, even if they weren't chosen in this drawing. An email with a link to a Sign Up Genius to secure your painting time slot will be sent to all eligible members soon. (HUGE SHOUT-OUT to the unstoppable Allison Chatfield Adams for putting together this idea and video. The sounds from the cafeteria were a bit much, which is why it's covered with music instead!)

It's not too late to join the August PTA Membership Challenge! This year, all PTA members get to paint a family brick in the school so that we can rebuild our community, brick by brick. If you join by August 31, your name will be in the raffle to paint your brick by the principal's brick. How cool for it for your child to walk in to the school and see their family brick next to Mr. Smith's or Ms. Pinski's? An image of their brick's is in the comments below.
