Today in class, our Purple classroom opened a clothing shop! 🛍️👗👕This area of the classroom helps our students develop social skills by socializing with each other, taking turns, and waiting for their turn at the store register.

During circle time today, our kids became musicians! 🎶🪇🎵 This activity encourages them to follow along with the music and shows them how different instruments make different sounds.

An Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony to start off teacher professional development day! One of our amazing teachers led us through and explained the importance of this ceremony in Ethiopian culture 🫖☕️

In small circle time, today, each student was given a number tailored to their ability. They used number recognition to say the number out loud and then applied it to jumping. & they are getting a bit of exercise too💪🏽

Working on gross motor skills outside! Having the students put their foot on the ball while maintaining balance ⚖️🎾

The infamous art wall🎨 we love that the students are able to express themselves through many different means here at CFNC, including paint!

Now that the school year has come to end, we would like to thank all our teachers and staff at CFNC for their continued commitment to our preschoolers’ education. We also want to thank our parents for entrusting your children in our care. They are the best part of our day! Happy Summer!
